This gazebo comes in 2 sizes 10x10 and 10x12. The material is rust resistant and can be secured to the grass or deck. The 4 base footing have holes to secure the pegs or deck screws. The 10x10 gazebo fits 6-8 people comfortably. Assembly is required and with 3-4 people it can be installed in 4-5 hours. I own one and i installed it by myself, it took approx. 12 hours. I highly recommend this item.
